There are currently 16 people on trolleys in Cavan General Hospital.
That's according to figures released by the Irish Nurses and Midwives Association this morning.
All 16 are waiting in Emergency Accommodation, and not in wards elsewhere.

Nationally, there are 719 patients waiting on trolleys according to the INMO.
434 are waiting in emergency departments, while 285 are in wards elsewhere.
