The Emergency Department in Cavan General Hospital is extremely busy once again today.
According to the INMO there 18 patients waiting on trolleys in the local hospital. There are no other patients waiting in wards or elsewhere. Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda is also busy with 22 on trolleys there. Nationally there were 682 patients waiting for a bed in hospital this morning
