There are 20 people waiting on trolleys at Cavan General Hospital this morning.
According to figures released on the daily INMO trolley watch database today, all 20 of those on trolleys in the local hospital are in the Emergency Department.
There are currently no patients waiting on trolleys in any other ward in Cavan General. Nationwide, 506 people in total are waiting for beds with 349 of those on trolleys in EDs and the remaining 157 in wards elsewhere in the country's hospitals.
