Planning permission has been lodged for a raft of new apartments in Cavan.
Latt Properties Limited have applied to Cavan County Council for the construction of 23 duplex apartments on the Railway Road, Drumavanagh.
The apartments would be contained in two separate three-storey buildings. Seven apartments would be on ground level with 12 duplex apartments above. A commercial unit on ground level is also included in the application. County planners will decide on the issue in December
