The average price of a three-bedroom semi-detached house in Co. Monaghan was €215,000 in Q1 of 2026.
That's according to the latest report from Daft.ie Sales report that was released this week.
Overall, prices in the county are up 4.4% from one year ago.

Nationally, the average price list rose by 3.7% nationally in the year to March 2026.
The average price of a three-bed semi-detached home in the first quarter of the year was €435,000.
According to Daft.ie, listed prices are now, on average, 42% above their pre-Covid levels and just 9% below their Celtic Tiger peak.
