91 new social houses planned for Monaghan

Monaghan County Council expects to allocate 91 new social houses before the end of the summer.

41 of the properties are at Nafferty in Carrickmacross, with a further 12 tenancies to commence at Drummound Radharc in the town.

A further 13 will be based at Radharc an Bhrí in Castleblayney.

Elsewhere, 11 properties will be delivered through the Clones Renewal Scheme, while 14 will be delivered in the final phase of Luí na Gréine in Scotstown.
