The average price of a home in Co Cavan has risen by 58% since 2020.
That's one of the findings of the latest report from property website Daft.ie.
Over the past 12 months homes in Cavan on average rose by 6% and 5% in Monaghan.

The average cost of a house in Cavan now stands at €239,000 whille the cost of getting on the property ladder on average stands at €230,000.
Nationally the average cost of buying a home stood at just over €332,000 - while in the Capital, it was almost €700,000.
