A local woman has been sharing her recent experience of increased scam calls.
Katrina from Belturbet outlined how for the past number of weeks she has been receiving numerous calls from +44 numbers.
These calls come at different points through out the day from different numbers.

She was not answering these calls but on one occasion she let it go to voicemail, when she tried to listen to the voicemail it instead rang the number directly.
Katrina spoke to Eir to alert them of what happened and they said they will look into it.
Speaking on the Joe Finnegan show this morning, she outlined the advice she got when she went to the Eir shop in Cavan.
