A Monaghan County Councillor wants to see and funding approval for extension to a site in Knockonan.
Bronagh McAree raised the issue at the recent full meeting of Monaghan County Council.
The Sinn Féin councillor was referring to extension works to take place at the Errigal Truagh Special Needs site at Knockonan.

She called on the local authority to again write to the Health Minister and the HSE to expedite the approval of funding for the project.
The motion was seconded by Cllr Alan Johnston and received unanimous council support.
