Cavan cancer patients are being seen on time, despite national delays.
All 174 chemotherapy patients at Cavan General Hospital began treatment within the 15-day target, according to figures revealed in the Dáil.
This was given in response to a question by David Cullinane on the future of Ireland's national cancer strategy.
Health Minister Jennifer Carroll MacNeill said Cavan's 100% performance compared favourably with several hospitals who were falling below that level.
Nationally, delays remain in areas such as surgery, with many prostate, breast and lung cancer procedures missing recommended timeframes.
