A demonstration against the chairperson of Bord Bia will take place in Co. Cavan this week.
The IFA is holding a public meeting to discuss the ongoing protest inside the Bord Bia buildings in the Cavan Crystal Hotel on Wednesday.
The meeting is set to start at 8pm, with IFA President Francis Gorman in attendance.
Farmers from across the Ulster-North Leinster region are currently involved in the protest.
Richard Moran from Mountnugent is among the protestors in Bord Bia, as well as Patrick McCormack from Monaghan.
Speaking to Northern Sound, Ulster-North Leinster chair, Co. Cavan farmer Maurice Brady said the IFA wants a resolution to the protest.
He said: "Its day by day, there doesn't seem to be an awful lot of movement, but there is stuff going on in the background as well.
"There's a lot of different talks going on behind the scenes as you might expect. Hopefully we will get a resolution soon.
"The IFA wants this resolved. The only way its going to be resolved is a new chairman in Bord Bia," Mr. Brady added.
