Rent in Co Cavan has increased by 91% since the Covid-19 pandemic.
According to the Latest Daft.ie Rental Report, the average price of rent in Co Cavan now stands at €1,437.
Market rents were on average 4.9% higher in the second quarter of 2025 than a year previously.

The average listed rent is now €1437, up 91% from the level prevailing when the covid19 pandemic occurred.
Dublin is still the most expensive place to rent at over two and a half thousand euro a month.
Author of the Daft and economist Ronan Lyons says there isn't any pipeline of rental housing coming on stream.
