Brian O'Harte from the Roost in Clones was commenting on the decline in pub numbers in the town.
He mentioned, the impact can be seen on match days in Clones, where large crowds are expected.
Speaking to Northern Sound, he said that there is no incentive for people to open new pubs in towns like Clones.
Brian said he would love to see new businesses open in the town.
