Inland Fisheries Ireland have lodged plans to upgrade a disability angling facility at a lake in Co Cavan.
The proposed plans include all associated site works at Dargan Lake, Virginia.
The works of given the green light includes the construction of an accessible angling stand along with car parking which would also offer disabled parking spaces also. An accessible eco toilet facility also forms part of the plans summited to Cavan County Council. County planners will decide on the application by the end of September.
