A disability rights campaigner is demanding urgent action on the national Assessment of Needs crisis.
15 year-old Autism advocate Cara Darmody is to raise the issue when she meets HSE Chief Executive Bernard Gloster today.
She says current efforts have been insufficient in addressing the backlog of over 18,000 children waiting for assessments.
