Fifty thousand euro has been earmarked to support businesses in Co. Monaghan.
The funding comes under the Smart Regions Scheme which aims to make regions more business-friendly by investing in infrastructure and networks.
It follows Enterprise Minister Peter Burke's announcement of 18 million euro for 40 projects across the country.
