Extensive damage has been caused to a commercial premises in Co Cavan this morning.
Fire crews from Ballyjamesduff and Cavan Town attended the scene at Upper Lavey.
A vehicle that was on fire spread to the commercial causing the significant damage.

Crews were alerted to the fire just before 4an and wearing breathing apparatus, they brought the fire under control.
The aerial hydraulic platform was deployed to extinguish the fire in the roof space of the building. Fire crews left the scene before 8am.
