A Monaghan car dealership has been approved plans to undertake an expansion to its premises on the outskirts of the town.
Monaghan County Council gave the green light to Seat dealer Albert Berry Motors Ltd to add a single storey showroom to its existing premises. The dealership is located at Tanderageebrack, Ballybay Road, Monaghan.
The approved plans also allow for elevational changes/internal alterations, associated signage, and ancillary site works. County planners gave the green light with six conditions attached.
