The first baby of the New Year in Cavan General Hospital has been delivered. The baby girl was delivered at 12.53am this morning to proud parents Shannon Kelly and John Beggan.
Shannon Kelly gave birth to baby Naoíse Beggan at 12:53am, weighing in at 7lb 13oz.
The Monaghan parents said they were delighted that Naoíse had arrived safe and well adding that they was relieved and so happy she’s here.
