The funeral details for Shay Duffy who was killed in a collision on Saturday near Dundalk has been announced.
The 21-year-old who is from Magheracloone died alongside his friends Chloe McGee (23), from Carrickmacross, Alan McCluskey (23), from Drumconrath, Co Meath, Dylan Commins (23), from Ardee, Co Louth, and Chloe Hipson (21), from Lanarkshire in Scotland.
Shay, forever loved and missed beyond words by his heartbroken family; his parents Raymond & Carmel, his adored brothers Vinnie & Ben, his girlfriend Zara, his granny Marion & granny Philomena, his uncles & aunts; Brendan, David, Colette, Aileen & Pauline and Matthew, Mary, Angeline, Teresa & Helen, his cousins, extended family, his many wonderful friends, neighbours, the entire community & beyond.
Shay will repose at his home, Mullyore, A81 W028, on Wednesday, 19th November, from 4pm until 8pm, Thursday, 20th November, from 4pm until 8pm & Friday, 21st November, from 4pm until 8pm.
House private on Saturday morning.
Shay's funeral cortège will leave his home on Saturday, 22nd November, proceeding to St Patrick's Church, Rockchapel, A81 KD72, arriving for Funeral Mass at 1pm followed by burial in the adjoining Cemetery.
