Gardaí appeal for information over burglary in Cavan area

Gardai are appealing for information following a burglary in the Cavan area.
The incident occurred on the 28th of February between 2:30pm and 3:30pm on March 1st in Omard, Kilnaleck.
According to Gardai, the homeowner returned to find the front door wide open and lights on inside.
The property had been ransacked.
