Members of An Garda Síochána in the Cavan Roads Policing Unit stopped and detained a vehicle this week, following an ANPR alert.
After the Automatic Number Plate Recognition check, Gardaí outlined that the van had no insurance, tax or CRVT.
In a post on social media this week Gardaí said that a court appearance will follow.
