Gardaí are waning people in Cavan to be aware of bogus callers.
A White Toyota landcruiser was observed in the Cloverhill and Belturbet areas last week (22.01.26).
It was calling to houses offering tarmacking services.

Signs with 'HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE ' were on the vehicle.
Gardaí are warning that these are not genuine callers and are asking people to report it if seen.
They are asking people to remain aware and vigilant for their neighbours also.
