Planning permission has been approved for 56 homes in Carrickmacross.
The units will include; 14 single storey two- bed homes, 4 single storey three-bed, 17 four-bedroom 2-storey semi-detached properties, 1 four-bedroom 2-storey detached, 16 three-bedroom 2-storey semi-detached, 3 two-bedroom 2-storey terrace, and 1 two-bedroom semi-detached dwelling.
The green light will also allow for a new entrance onto Ross Carraig Road, and new boundary walls and railings, connection to existing services and associated site works are included in the approved application.

County planners gave the green light for the Cloughvally Lower development with 21 conditions attached.
