A new housing development for Carrickmacross has been given the green light.
The new apartments and houses are due to be built on the Ardee Road.
It will consist of 11 two bed apartments, 10 four-bed semi detached houses, and four three bed semi detached houses. Bin stores, a bike shed, and new footpaths are all included in the application. Plans for the new development were granted with 20 conditions attached.
