Planning permission has been granted for 49 homes in County Cavan in recent days.
The 49 dwellings located on the Cavan Road in Cootehill will be a mix of 3 and 4 bed semi-detached properties, 2 and 3 bed terrace houses and 1 bed apartments.
The green light given to this residential development will also allow for connection to existing services and all ancillary works.

JJ McCauley Construction Ltd were given the go-ahead by Cavan County Council this week with 24 conditions attached.
