The HSA is 'making enquiries' following a workplace accident in Ballyconnell.
It was reported this morning that a man employed in a local factory had caught his arm in a machine and was brought to hospital.
Gardaí could not confirm this and said they have no details of the incident.

However, a spokesperson for the Health and Safety Authority said they had been made aware of the incident and were looking into it.
