Investigation launched over Kingscourt attack

Gardaí have launched an investigation following an attack on a fast food takeaway in Co Cavan.

The incident took place at Tasty Bites in Kingscourt during the early hours of Sunday morning.

Gardaí say they responded to an incident of criminal damage that occurred at approximately 1:50am on Sunday morning at a business premises on the Main Street of Kingscourt.

Gardai say no arrests have been made and investigations are ongoing at this time.
