A investigation is underway after a man was allegedly assaulted in Ballinagh in recent days.
Gardaí confirmed they are investigating an alleged assault that took place in Ballinagh at around 2:30am on Monday morning.
A man aged in his 30s attended Cavan General Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Local Garda say investigations are ongoing and at this time no arrests have been made.
