"There isn't a village or town in Ireland where drugs are not a problem."
That's according to local councillor, PJ O'Hanlon.
The Carrickmacross - Castleblayney councillor was speaking on the issue of drugs in rural Ireland.
He believes that there is a social cost to drug use, and that we should move away from criminalisation.
Speaking on the Joe Finnegan Show this week, he called for education about drug usage, to support those impacted.
