A local farmer addressed an IFA meeting last night in relation to the ongoing Bord Bia protest.
A meeting was organised by Connacht IFA, to give an update on what is going on and why the IFA is continuing this protest, as well as to gauge feedback from the grassroutes farmers.
Patrick McCormack is one of the five protestors currently occupying Bord Bia HQ in Dublin.

He addressed last night's meeting remotely and explained his reasons for staying in the protest.

Speaking on the Joe Finnegan show this morning, Stella Meehan, editor of Agriland, outlined the farmer's frustration.
