The mother of Shane O'Farrell says a Dáil apology represents a 'watershed' moment in her fight for justice.
Lucia O'Farrell's son was killed in a hit and run incident in Carrickmacross in August 2011, at 23 years-of-age.
The man who hit Shane - Zigimantas Gridziuska should have been in jail at the time of the collision.
