A man has been arrested following the seizure of drugs in Cavan yesterday.
Gardaí found €34,000 worth of suspected cannabis plants under Operation Tara in Cavan town just after 6.30pm on Wednesday.
It was found that the upstairs bedrooms in the house had been converted for the cultivation of the plants.

A man in his early 50s has been arrested in connection with this seizure and is currently detained at Cavan Garda Station.
An investigation is ongoing.
