A man in his 50s is due to appear in court at a later date in connection to the seizure of €14,000 worth of cannabis in Co Cavan.
The man was arrested as gardaí carried out a search of a property in the Blacklion area earailer this week.
The man was subsequently detained at a local garda station and charged ahead of a court appearance over the coming weeks. Gardai say they conducted a search operation under warrant at a residence in Co. Cavan on Tuesday, June 10th. He has since been charged and is due to appear before a sitting of Cavan District Court at a later date.
