Gardaí have charged the man aged in his 30s who was arrested yesterday, Wednesday 10th April 2024, following a joint operation between the An Garda Síochána and Revenue Customs Service in County Monaghan.
The man is due to appear before Cavan District Court this morning, at 10.30am.
Gardaí have said their "investigations are ongoing".

York Street in Castleblayney was closed off for a time from around 3 pm yesterday afternoon due to the operation, during which 9.7 kilos of herbal cannabis was seized.
The haul is estimated to be valued at €194,800.
A man was arrested and detained at a Garda Station in County Monaghan under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice act.
