A 53-year old man has been further remanded in jail in relation to the €5.25M drug seizure in Co Monaghan that occurred last weekend.
Lithuanian national, Aruna Racyla of Highfield, Carrickmacross has been charged in relation the misuse of drugs act and the sale and supply of cocaine.
It's alleged at Ballyloughan, Carrickmacross the accused was unlawfully in the possession the controlled drug.
Last week in court, Detective Garda Kate Mulligan gave evidence of arrest, charge and caution where the accused gave no reply to the two charges put to him.
There was no application for bail at this time.
During the brief appearance, Judge Raymond Finnegan remanded the 53-year-old in Cloverhill Prison to appear before Monaghan District Court via video link on the 1st of April to allow for DPP directions in the case.
