The man sentenced to 30 years in jail for the attack on Kevin Lunney will only serve about 20 years in prison.
That's according to a leading barrister, after yesterday's court appearance over the incident in Co Cavan two years ago.
Three men were given prison terms of between 15 and 30 years each, for abducting and torturing the Quinn Industrial Holdings director.
