Monaghan-based Foraged & Infused is one of 21 new food and drink producers now launching their products in selected SuperValu stores across Ireland.
This is following their completion of the Food Academy programme.
This marks a significant milestone for local producer Kevin Redmond.
Kevin is also the owner of the award winning family-run bar and restaurant Andy's in Monaghan Town.
He launched Foraged & Infused which is a premium small-batch gin range during the 2020 pandemic, gaining a loyal following for handcrafted rhubarb and sloe gins.
