Monaghan County Council has given notice of proposals to change Parking Control (Pay-Parking) & Car Park Bye-Laws in Monaghan Town.
This is in accordance with S36 of the Road Traffic Act 1994 (as amended) and Section 101 of the Road Traffic Act 1961.
A copy of the draft bye-laws can be viewed in person at Monaghan Municipal District Offices or online for a month after the date of it's publication.
Any person wishing to make a submission based on the plans may do so within two weeks after the end of the period of inspection.
Submissions must be made in writing and can be sent via email to [email protected] or by post to the Offices of Monaghan Municipal District, Monaghan County Council, Glen Road, Monaghan, H18 YT50.
