A Co. Monaghan family is taking part in Ireland's Fittest Family tonight.
The McKenna's from Corraghbrack are a very active family who love sport.
The team consists of mum Sharon, her two sons Caolan and Cormac, along with her daughter Cailin who described herself to Northern Sound as a "fitness fanatic."

The final of Ireland's Fittest Family will kick off at 6.30pm on RTÉ 1.
Speaking to Northern Sound, Caolan McKenna said that he is proud of his family for what they have achieved to date.
He said that the family is having a bit of a party while watching the final.
