A family from Co Monaghan will appear on national TV screens later today in the semi final stages of Ireland's Fittest Family.
The McKenna's from Corraghbrack are a very active family who love sport.
Now in its 13th season, Ireland's Fittest Family is one of the nation's most loved family shows.
The team consists of mum Sharon, her two sons Caolan and Cormac, along with her daughter Cailin who described herself to Northern Sound as a "fitness fanatic."
Sharon is extremely active and an inspiration to her children. She competes in adventure racing and cycling and all of the children enjoy GAA and clay pigeon shooting.
Previously speaking to Northern Sound, Sharon said that she has always enjoyed keeping fit, and that it is a big part of her life.
