The new Bailieboro Garda Station is set to be open by the end of August.
The confirmation came at Cavan’s local community safety partnership meeting that was held yesterday.
Works are almost complete on the €23M state of the art development in the centre of the town.

It’s understood the keys of the Main Street building will be handed over in the coming weeks.
The new headquarters in the town will serve as the divisional Crime Hub for the Garda Division.
