The new Ballybay Fire Station will be a highly important development for not only the town but the wider area.
That's according to Cathaoirleach of the Ballybay-Clones Municipal District Sinead Flynn.
Despite a long period of construction, it is hoped that the new facility will be open during the first quarter of 2026.

Cllr Flynn says the new station is a modern, fit for purpose facility for the local fire service and it will significantly strengthen emergency response and community safety.
