The construction of a new housing development in Cavan has offically progressed to tender.
Cavan County Council are currently looking for a contractor to construct 13 fully serviced dwellings at Chapel Lane, Munnilly, Cootehill. The 13 units would be contained in a terrace block consisting of 9, one bed maisonettes, 1 two bed maisonette and 3 three-bed two storey townhouses. Also included is the provision of car parking and connection to existing public services.
The tender is now open and will close on the 21st of October
