Gardaí attended the scene of a single vehicle collision in Killeshandra, County Cavan at approximately 5.00pm this evening.
A bus veered off the road. No injuries were reported at the time of the incident. Enquiries are ongoing.
Heavy fog was reported in the area at the time of the collision.

Gardai issued the following traffic alert earlier this afternoon.
“As commuters take to the roads to head home after the day, please drive especially careful as there are pockets of dense fog and poor visibility out there in some parts of the country at present. Please take your time, and look out for pedestrians and cyclists
