There should be 'no judgement' of decisions made by students in the region following this year's results.
That's the opinion of Mary Sheridan, principal of St.Bricin's in Belturbet, who says things will be very different for families this year when CAO offers are issued.
She complimented the work of teachers across the country, stating that they had become the backbone of the new system over the past few months.
Mary highlighted that St.Bricin's had followed the upward trend when it came to results this year with students grades increasing.
Speaking to Shannonside Northern Sound Mary Sheridan outlined the supports available for students ahead of CAO decisions.
She directed students and parents to the helpline 1800 265 165, or the guidance counsellor at their school, while also asking for people to allow time for students to think following their results.
