Official launch of Carrickmacross homes

The official launch of 10 affordable homes in Carrickmacross has taken place this morning.

Minister James Browne made the announcement for the funding that will allow a discount of €75,000 off the market value of the 10 properties.

The support from the Department of Housing is almost €700,000 for the local homes.

The houses available are 2 and 3 bedroom properties.

Local senator Robbie Gallagher has welcomed the launch of these affordable purchase homes at Sean Ghairdini, Mullinary, Carrickmacross.
