Plans for a total of 44 houses for Cootehill have progressed to Part 8 stage.
The proposed development would be located at Lios na Rí, Munnilly. The plans submitted by Cavan County Council propose to finish 13 units which are already almost completed.
In addition, 31 houses will be constructed on site. This will be made up of two four-bed semi-detached, 12 two-bed semi-detached houses as well as three blocks of three two-bed townhouses.
One block of six one-bed apartments and two two-bed accessible semi-detached houses make up the final part of the application.
The development is already partially completed. Submissions relating to the development are now open on the Cavan County Council portal. These will close at 4pm on the 7th of August and a decision will then be made to progress.
