Permission has been granted for twelve new homes in Tydavnet.
The semi-detected two-storey homes are to be built close to an existing development in the north Monaghan village.
Tydavnet Construction Ltd will also be required to carry out all other associated works at the site, including footpaths, roads and utility connections.

Monaghan County Council approved the plans last month, with a number of conditions attached.
