A pre-validation application has been lodged this afternoon for 56 homes in Carrickmacross.
If given the green light is given to the development it would consist of 56 dwelling units to include; 14 single storey two- bedroom, 4 single storey three-bedroom, 17 four-bedroom 2-storey semi-detached, 1 four-bedroom 2-storey detached.
The plans also include 16 three-bedroom 2-storey semi-detached, 3 two-bedroom 2-storey terrace, 1 two-bedroom semi-detached dwelling, along with a new entrance onto the Ross Carraig Road, and new boundary walls and railings, with the connection to the existing services and all associated site works.
B & C Contractors Ltd have issued the initial review of the planning application to ensure it is complete and meets all the required criteria needed for the proposed development at Cloghvally Lower in Carrickmacross.
County planners have no date on when a decision will be made as it is only at the pre-validation stage at present.
